Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing Business Communications or a related field or commensurate work experience
- 7 years of experience in software product design UX and UI design
- 3 years of experience using design software such as Figma and modern prototyping tools
- Experience collaborating cross-functionally with developers product managers and business stakeholders
- Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design methodology problem-solving and successful digital product design
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work
- Excellent verbal written presentation and interpersonal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced collaborative environment while managing multiple priorities

Day to day
- Lead the design of intuitive web and mobile experiences that align with business goals and user needs.
- Create wireframes user flows user journeys prototypes and high fidelity designs that clearly communicate concepts and functionality.
- Collaborate with IT developers product owners and stakeholders to turn complex requirements into polished user friendly digital products.
- Advocate for users by applying UX research usability principles accessibility standards and modern design best practices.
