- Deep product understanding of complex business systems and multi-step approval processes

- Proficiency in Figma and modern design tooling
- Experience working closely with engineering through implementation
- Bachelor's degree in design HCI visual communication or equivalent experience

Day to day
- Own end-to-end design for digital products from research and concept exploration through high-fidelity UI prototyping and engineering handoff
- Design interaction patterns for AI-agent-powered features including conversational interfaces exception-based workflows confidence indicators and trust-building elements
- Collaborate closely with an AI-assisted engineering team to translate design intent into buildable specifications while maintaining speed quality and consistency
- Conduct user research and apply deep product thinking to complex business systems for capital program managers owners’ representatives and project controls professionals
- Build and evolve a scalable design system across multiple product surfaces while championing the user perspective in cross-functional decisions
