- Proficiency in Figma and modern design tooling
- Experience collaborating closely with engineering through implementation
- Bachelor's degree in design HCI visual communication or equivalent experience

Day to day
- Own end-to-end product design across Consertus’ digital suite from research through high-fidelity UI and engineering handoff
- Design intuitive interaction patterns for AI-agent-powered features including conversational interfaces exception handling confidence cues and trust-building experiences
- Partner closely with AI-assisted engineers product leaders and advisory teams to ship polished scalable experiences at high speed
- Lead user research design system evolution and quality standards while translating complex business workflows into simple enjoyable interfaces
