Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HCI Design Psychology Information Architecture or related field or equivalent experience
- 7+ years UX design experience for enterprise or complex digital products
- Strong expertise in interaction design information architecture journey mapping wireframing and prototyping
- Demonstrated experience conducting user research usability studies and translating findings into product improvements
- Experience designing for enterprise platforms operations workflows or complex systems
- Strong understanding of accessibility inclusive design principles and usability best practices
- Proficiency with Figma and other UX design tools
- Experience contributing to or defining design systems component guidance and pattern libraries
- Ability to collaborate effectively with product managers engineers and business stakeholders
- Strong communication storytelling and presentation skills

Day to day
- Lead UX design for complex enterprise workflows and document-processing applications

- Design intuitive data-heavy interfaces with strong accessibility usability and scalability
