Requirements
- Proven experience as a Senior UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio of customer-facing mobile app work
- Experience across the full product lifecycle from discovery through delivery
- Ability to use customer research behavioural insights and data to inform design decisions
- Strong visual and interaction design skills including journeys wireframes prototypes and high-fidelity mobile experiences
- Ability to balance customer needs business objectives and technical constraints
- Experience working closely with Product Managers Product Owners Engineers and cross-functional teams
- Strong communication skills to present design rationale to different audiences
- Excellent Figma practice including naming conventions version control and component management

Day to day
- Work closely with Product and Engineering teams from discovery through delivery to design exceptional mobile app experiences.
- Use customer research, behavioural insights, and data to shape intuitive, accessible, and user-centred solutions.
- Create journeys, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mobile designs while maintaining strong Figma organisation and design system standards.
