Requirements
- Have a minimum 3 years’ experience in web or app design
- Be able to self-organise and motivate when working remotely
- Have an evidence-based mind-set
- Have experience doing user research and see yourself as the advocate for our users
- Have excellent skills in visual design but understand that the purpose of design is to solve problems not make things look pretty
- Have working proficiency in English

Day to day
- Research and identify user problems using qualitative and quantitative data
- Participate in design ideation sessions
- Create wireframes prototypes or high-fidelity designs as appropriate to the task
- Write design specifications
- Review developers’ implementation of your design
- Set up usability tests and A/B experiments
