Day to day
- Oversee the full game development cycle and lead code elements alongside product design.
- Refine complex features with team members and deliver large components on schedule.
- Improve ongoing game development by suggesting enhancements, maintaining code quality, and coordinating code reviews.
- Collaborate with Design and Production teams, mentor teammates, and help manage work pipelines.
