Who you are
- 5-10 years working in Console or PC games
- Deep experience in Unity
- Hands-on experience in building detail-rich environments
- Understanding of object-oriented design patterns and design principles
- Experience working with C++ and C#
- Excellent troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills
- Ability to work in ambiguity with high-level direction
- Exposure to VR is ideal
- Exposure to FPS games military strategy vehicle-driven games or highly detailed simulators is highly regarded
- First-hand military experience would be advantageous

- Influence technology roadmap for our products
- Collaborate with cross functional teams
- Coach and mentor team members
- Provide accurate estimates on deliverables for yourself and your team
- Identify and mitigate technology risks during early stages of development
