Requirements
- Previous Amazon or AWS experience is required
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in UX Design Product Design Human-Computer Interaction Cognitive Psychology Behavioral Economics or related discipline or equivalent experience
- 6+ years of UX or Product Design experience creating customer-facing digital products
- Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end UX design for web mobile or emerging digital platforms
- Expert proficiency with Figma
- Experience designing responsive mobile and web applications
- Experience collaborating closely with Product Managers Engineers Researchers and cross-functional business partners
- Experience working with design systems component libraries and user research methodologies
- Strong analytical organizational and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication presentation and storytelling abilities
- Customer-focused mindset with exceptional attention to detail

Day to day
- Lead end-to-end UX design across mobile web and connected platforms for customer-facing digital experiences.
- Translate complex product requirements into intuitive user flows interactions wireframes prototypes and high-fidelity designs.
- Collaborate with Product Managers Engineers Researchers Designers and stakeholders to shape engaging data-informed customer experiences.
