Day to day
- Recommend and run effective user research methods based on user needs project goals and delivery constraints
- Create clear phase-appropriate research artefacts and translate findings into actionable insights that influence design and delivery
- Work closely with clients and multidisciplinary teams across all phases helping embed user insight from ideas through implementation
- Guide conversations challenge assumptions and support better decisions as a trusted expert in user research and UCD
- Support proposals and bids by bringing user research thinking into transformation projects and helping shape user-centred approaches
- Contribute to UCD strategy and mentor other researchers to grow capability confidence and community
