Requirements
- 7+ years of UX Design Product Design or related experience
- Experience independently leading complex software design initiatives from discovery through delivery
- Experience designing complex workflows enterprise tools operational systems or other high-consequence user experiences
- Ability to quickly understand users environments workflows and constraints
- Strong problem-solving skills with a research and data-informed approach
- Proven ability to partner effectively with Product Management Engineering Research and cross-functional stakeholders
- Strong proficiency with modern design prototyping and collaboration tools
- Comfort operating in a high-growth environment with evolving priorities and imperfect information
- Occasional travel may be needed

Day to day
- Lead end-to-end discovery and design for emergency response communications and incident management solutions
- Synthesize customer internal user and stakeholder feedback with usability findings and product data to identify high-impact experience opportunities
- Create clear user flows journey maps prototypes interaction patterns and design specifications that improve speed reliability accessibility and coordination
