  • 5+ years of UX design experience with a portfolio spanning apps web portals and internal operational tools
  • Strong interaction design and visual design fundamentals with the ability to move from concept to high fidelity
  • Experience running user research and translating findings into product decisions
  • Background designing complex workflows including multi step processes service integrations and data dense interfaces
  • Technical fluency to design within back end and API constraints
  • Experience building or significantly contributing to a design system
  • Strong communication skills for working between users PMs and engineers
