Requirements
- 3–6 years of experience as a UX or Product Designer preferably in B2B or enterprise
- Strong understanding of UX Laws usability heuristics and design principles
- Skilled in visual design with a portfolio of shipped work and real-world impact
- Comfortable working in ambiguity and making fast informed decisions
- Experience with design systems component libraries and accessibility principles
- Proficient in Figma Jira Mural Microsoft 365 and familiar with design QA
- Strong communicator who can explain design decisions clearly and concisely

Day to day
- Own the end-to-end channel partner experience and simplify complex enterprise workflows.
- Use research and behavioural data to inform design decisions and iterate rapidly.
- Create IA user flows and interactive prototypes while collaborating with stakeholders product managers engineers and UX designers.
- Contribute to and evolve the Figma component library with a strong balance of visual and interaction design.
