Requirements
- 8+ years of professional experience in user experience design
- Demonstrated expertise in user research
- Advanced proficiency in Figma with an end-to-end UX portfolio
- Strong experience creating user flows wireframes prototypes and design specifications
- Experience planning conducting or directing user research and usability testing
- Strong understanding of scalable design systems
- Experience incorporating AI tools into UX research ideation or design workflows
- Ability to translate user research into product strategy and practical design solutions
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Experience collaborating closely with Product Managers Engineers and Marketing teams
- Understanding of accessibility standards and inclusive design principles
- Comfortable working in ambiguous problem spaces

Day to day
- Lead user-centered UX design across web and mobile platforms, grounding every decision in user research and real customer needs.
- Plan and conduct interviews, usability tests, surveys, and contextual research to uncover insights, identify friction points, and shape product strategy.
- Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams to create flows, wireframes, prototypes, and design specifications that improve customer experiences and maintain design system consistency.
