Requirements
- 5+ years designing complex internal tools enterprise SaaS platforms or developer-facing systems
- Strong interaction design and information architecture skills
- Portfolio demonstrating simplification of complex workflows
- Proven ability to work independently as the sole designer on an engineering-heavy team
- Experience designing data-dense interfaces dashboards or multi-panel layouts
- Must be located in the United States
- English required

Day to day
- Own end-to-end UX design across multiple internal product surfaces, shaping dashboards workflow automation tools CRM systems and AI-powered reporting interfaces.
- Create and maintain a lightweight design system and shared component library that keep experiences consistent and scalable across rapidly shipped tools.
- Design intuitive AI-native interaction patterns conduct research and usability testing prototype quickly and collaborate closely with senior engineers to improve adoption and clarity.
