Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required
- 5–7+ years of UX design experience
- Experience designing native mobile applications for iOS and/or Android
- Portfolio showing end-to-end mobile UX work on complex task-based products
- Experience with workflow optimization information hierarchy or high-stakes decision-making
- Experience contributing to design systems
- Experience partnering closely with engineering teams
- Advanced proficiency in Figma including components variants and prototyping
- Ability to travel up to 15%

Day to day
- Lead end-to-end mobile product design across discovery research prototyping validation implementation and launch for native iOS and Android experiences
- Design intuitive information architecture and interaction patterns that help healthcare professionals work efficiently under pressure
- Drive product strategy by identifying UX opportunities that improve adoption engagement and long-term customer value while partnering with Product Engineering Compliance and Security
- Contribute to mobile design system evolution mentor junior designers and help elevate design practices across the Product organization
