Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of professional UX and UI design experience
- Senior or lead responsibility on shipped software
- Excellent typography layout and color theory skills
- Demonstrated ability to use agentic coding tools to produce working UI prototypes
- Experience designing for both web and mobile
- Ability to conduct user research testing and heuristic evaluations
- Ability to take an idea from concept to wireframe to final prototype
- Expert-level Figma skills including component libraries variants auto layout variables and prototyping
- Experience designing within an established design system and contributing components back to one
- Working knowledge of how design systems are built governed and adopted

Day to day
- Lead UX and UI direction across web mobile desktop intranet and internet platforms
- Create user-centered experiences using research usability testing journey maps personas and concept testing
- Build interactive prototypes in Figma and with agentic coding tools then refine designs with product engineering and stakeholders
- Mentor designers run critiques maintain design system quality and advocate for accessible consistent craft
