Requirements
- 5+ years of UX UI and product design experience
- At least 2 years designing mobile products for iOS and Android
- Strong visual design sensibility with clear aesthetic judgment
- Proficiency in Figma with component libraries auto layout design tokens and handoff
- Experience with motion tools such as Lottie After Effects or Framer
- Comfort using AI-assisted development tools such as Cursor or Lovable
- Ability to design for health fitness performance or biomarker products is preferred
- Familiarity with React Native Expo constraints is preferred
- Light front end knowledge of TypeScript React Native or CSS is preferred
- Experience designing gamification progression and identity adaptive systems is preferred

Day to day
- Own the product's presentation layer across typography graphics animation and navigation for a premium consumer experience
- Create visually disciplined identity-driven interfaces that adapt to user performance profiles and feel motivating and personal
- Design high-fidelity motion and interaction moments that communicate readiness progress coaching insight and achievement
- Translate complex biomarker wearable and AI-generated data into clear emotionally resonant action-oriented screens
- Maintain a unified cross-platform design system and collaborate closely with engineering to ensure polished implementation
