- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience

- Experience with research methods such as usability studies contextual inquiries 1:1 interviews and unmoderated research studies
- Master's degree or PhD in Human-Computer Interaction Cognitive Science Statistics Psychology Anthropology or related field
- 5 years of experience conducting UX research on products and working with executive leadership
- 3 years of experience managing projects and working in a large cross-functional organization

Day to day
- Conduct and lead user research to uncover user needs and business opportunities that shape product and service strategy.
- Drive user-centric thinking across partners to solve strategy product and technology constraints with evidence-based recommendations.
- Plan design and execute strategic and tactical research programs using methods such as interviews surveys usability testing and ethnography.
