Requirements
- Experience leading or supporting leadership on an ongoing live service game
- Expert written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to articulate UX/UI decisions across disciplines
- Ability to give and receive constructive feedback
- Proficiency with Figma Sketch Adobe XD or similar tools
- Ability to create functional prototypes and technical documentation
- Strong management strategy planning and team building experience
- Strong understanding of design and user-centered principles
- Strong understanding of game development pipelines and technical constraints
- Experience bridging technical specs and player experiences
- Experience with multiplayer games across PC and console
- Strong portfolio showcasing previous UX/UI design work in games

Day to day
- Drive the UX/UI direction for an unannounced game from pre-production onward, shaping interfaces that strengthen player connection and community
- Collaborate with game directors, art directors, engineers, designers, and researchers to align player needs, product goals, and creative vision
- Create wireframes, user flows, information architecture, prototypes, design systems, and documentation that clearly communicate UX/UI solutions and standards
- Lead team planning, staffing, hiring, and feedback loops while building a healthy, efficient UX/UI discipline across the studio
