Requirements

  • Seven or more years of UX/UI design experience
  • At least three projects led end to end
  • Strong portfolio of content heavy functional sites
  • Expert level Figma skills including components variants auto layout and design systems
  • Comfort running discovery workshops and user research with clients
  • Working knowledge of WCAG 2.1/2.2 accessibility standards
  • Clear verbal and written communication skills

Day to day

  • Own design across client engagements from discovery through launch, ensuring the work is strategically grounded and aligned to member needs.
  • Lead stakeholder interviews member surveys analytics reviews and other research to uncover user needs and site issues.
  • Create information architecture sitemaps wireframes prototypes high fidelity interfaces and design systems in Figma while partnering closely with developers and reviewing accessibility.
