Requirements
- 5–8 years of UX/UI design experience
- At least 3 years in design systems or design infrastructure
- Experience building and scaling component libraries and token systems
- Expert-level proficiency in Figma
- Strong understanding of front-end implementation constraints with HTML CSS and component-based frameworks
- Working knowledge of WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility standards
- Experience establishing governance processes for a design system
- Skilled at documenting design intent clearly
- Experience conducting design audits and building component inventories
- Strong collaboration and influencing skills
- Comfortable working with globally distributed teams

Day to day
- Lead the creation and stewardship of a unified design language across a global product portfolio.
- Build and maintain scalable design system foundations, components, tokens, and documentation that engineers can implement directly.
- Collaborate closely with product designers and front-end engineers to audit interfaces, define standards, improve accessibility, and drive adoption across squads.
