Requirements
- 5+ years of professional UX/UI design experience
- At least 3 years focused on internal applications enterprise software or B2B tools
- Strong portfolio demonstrating complex internal applications admin interfaces dashboards or enterprise tools
- Expert-level proficiency in Figma for designing prototyping and component library management
- Deep understanding of information architecture workflow design and designing for efficiency and productivity
- Experience designing for complex data tables forms filters multi-step workflows and role-based permissions
- Strong grasp of responsive design principles and accessibility standards WCAG 2.1
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams in an agile environment
- Excellent communication skills to articulate design decisions and gather requirements from business stakeholders

Day to day
- Design intuitive interfaces for internal business applications and enterprise tools used by employees and operations teams.

- Collaborate with product managers business analysts and engineering teams to translate business requirements into elegant design solutions and support implementation.
