Requirements
- 7+ years designing digital products or SaaS applications with at least 2 years as a senior designer
- Strong interaction design skills and deep understanding of UX best practices
- Fluency in Figma and component-driven design systems
- Portfolio demonstrating ambiguity handling complex UX problem solving and clear user and business impact
- Ability to independently plan execute and synthesise user research using qualitative and quantitative data
- Comfortable managing multiple workloads tracking outcomes and maintaining velocity in a remote async team
- Comfortable testing and using AI tools to accelerate design

Day to day
- Own the end-to-end UX process from discovery through hand-off, delivering intuitive and scalable experiences across product surfaces
- Reframe ambiguous product requests into strategic design problems, using research and data to validate decisions and improve outcomes
- Partner closely with Product Managers and Engineers to shape product direction, resolve UX tradeoffs, anticipate delivery risks, and raise overall design craft
