Requirements
- 5+ years of design experience in an agency or high-growth environment
- Expert-level Adobe Creative Suite skills including Ps Ai and Id
- Strong Figma or equivalent UX/UI tool proficiency
- Experience leading complex projects and mentoring designers
- Deep understanding of user-centered design and web-based projects from wireframe to launch
- Exceptional presentation and communication skills
- Awareness of design trends emerging technologies and innovative tools
- A portfolio demonstrating high-level design thinking across industries and mediums
- Motion design or animation experience is a plus

Day to day
- Lead the full design lifecycle across multiple high-profile projects from early concepting through polished final delivery
- Create visually striking digital and print work that aligns with client goals and strategic objectives
- Partner closely with clients and internal teams to present ideas persuasively refine concepts and elevate brand experiences
- Mentor junior and mid-level designers while maintaining high standards and driving a culture of creative excellence
