Requirements
- 8+ years of professional experience building production web interfaces
- Deep proficiency in semantic HTML and modern CSS including grid flexbox custom properties container queries logical properties and selectors
- Strong visual eye and ability to translate Figma designs faithfully
- Working proficiency in JavaScript including Web Components and small interactive modules
- Practical understanding of web accessibility and WCAG principles
- Strong understanding of Core Web Vitals and front-end performance
- Comfort working in visual web authoring tools such as Webflow
- Fluency in browser DevTools for layout performance accessibility and network debugging
- Familiarity with Figma as a source of truth for design handoff
- Strong understanding of SEO-relevant implementation considerations
- Excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills
- Ability to challenge implementation approaches constructively and explain trade-offs to non-technical stakeholders

Day to day
- Lead the construction of a marketing website by combining visual design and front-end engineering into polished production-ready experiences.
- Translate Figma designs into accessible and performant web output, refining responsive behavior, typography, spacing, hierarchy, motion, and interactions with designers and stakeholders.
- Own quality standards for components and pages in a Webflow-based stack, build reusable patterns, diagnose front-end issues, and support optimization experiments and cross-functional collaboration.
