Who you are

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science Software Engineering or related field (or equivalent work experience)
• 8+ years of experience in web application development with a strong focus on modern front-end technologies specifically React
• Experience with state management tools Redux MobX Zustand build tools such as Webpack and unit testing tools Jest React Testing Library
• Familiarity with frameworks in the React ecosystem Vite Next js Gatsby Remix is an added advantage
• Experience working with RESTful APIs and GraphQL for backend communication
• Solid understanding of web app architecture design patterns and development methodologies
• Experience with version control systems Git continuous integration/continuous deployment CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks
• Passion for pushing the boundaries of what's possible
• Excellent communication skills and ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies and project management tools
• Contributions to open-source projects participation in tech communities or attendance at conferences/meetups
• It will be great if you also bring experience leveraging ChatGPT LLMs and IDE co-pilot tools to accelerate the software development cycle and drive innovation

What the job involves

• Collaborate with product managers designers and subject matter experts to craft requirements specifications and user stories for web applications
• Design and implement scalable reliable and secure front-end solutions for web platforms using industry best practices and coding standards
• Conduct code reviews mentor junior team members and provide technical guidance and expertise to ensure code quality consistency and adherence to design patterns
• Collaborate with backend engineers to integrate web applications with server-side APIs
• Share your wisdom and insights to mentor junior team members and provide technical guidance to help them level up their skills and grow
• Work closely with backend engineers to connect web applications to cloud services databases and third-party APIs
• Stay up-to-date with the latest web development trends and bring fresh ideas to the team
