  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently, including remote work

Day to day

  • Manage a portfolio of web development clients, ensuring delivery of high-quality projects meeting complex business requirements
  • Translate business needs into actionable strategies
  • Recommend suitable tech stacks and solutions
  • Conduct regular account reviews to ensure clients' business goals are met
  • Mentor junior project/account managers and contribute to continuous process improvements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, development, and marketing
