Day to day
- Run active searches end to end from sourcing through to close
- Source through the database of existing candidates your own network and the channels that work in Web3
- Speak to candidates daily to qualify build relationships manage process and close
- Sell opportunities honestly to excite strong people for the right roles
- Pick up business development by spotting and opening client conversations
