Requirements

  • Minimum 4 years of end-to-end implementation AMS or rollout experience in Workday Core HCM
  • Strong knowledge of Core HCM localization and legislative requirements across multiple regions
  • Proven experience leading or supporting Workday workshops and gathering requirements
  • Hands-on experience configuring and supporting Workday HCM and Compensation
  • Experience with at least one additional Workday advanced module
  • English fluency required
  • European language skills are a plus

Day to day

  • Lead the rollout and enhancement of Workday modules with a strong focus on Advanced Compensation, job architecture, salary benchmarking, merit planning, bonus programs, pay ranges, and reporting.
  • Configure, maintain, and optimize Workday Core HCM and Compensation while serving as a subject matter expert in an additional Workday module.
  • Partner closely with HR leaders, business stakeholders, payroll, finance, and technical teams to gather requirements, deliver scalable solutions, support integrations, and resolve system issues.
