Requirements

4+ years experience in an SEO agency environment
Experience in project management operations delivery or client services
Strong written communication skills
Excellent organisational and project management skills
Exceptional attention to detail
Strong sense of ownership and accountability
Experience managing multiple projects deadlines and stakeholders
Ability to identify and solve operational challenges proactively
Comfortable holding team members accountable and following up on actions
Experience using Teamwork Asana ClickUp or Monday.com
Comfortable working in a fully remote environment
Understanding of SEO fundamentals and common SEO workflows
Familiarity with Shopify

Own SEO delivery operations and keep every account running smoothly and efficiently

Agencies are notorious for taking all the cash & none of the risk. The industry has a stigma for being overpriced & completely removed from the value it promises to create. Whilst “outputs” are always provided, whether or not they drive commercial value is rarely in the minutiae of contractual agreements.
