Requirements
- 6+ years of SEO experience across strategy content SEO and technical SEO
- Proven success driving organic search growth in a B2B or enterprise setting
- Hands-on experience with AEO GEO and AI search visibility
- Deep knowledge of technical SEO including crawl management site architecture and Core Web Vitals
- Experience with structured data schema markup and AI driven search environments
- Strong experience with SEO tools such as Google Search Console Semrush Ahrefs or Screaming Frog
- Experience collaborating with content web and engineering teams to implement SEO recommendations
- Proficiency with web analytics platforms such as Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Familiarity with HTML CSS and JavaScript as they relate to SEO
Day to day
- Develop and lead enterprise SEO strategy aligned to business and marketing goals
- Perform keyword research competitive analysis and search landscape assessments to uncover opportunities and guide content planning
- Partner with content web product marketing and engineering teams to create optimize and govern SEO driven content and technical SEO improvements
- Drive AEO and GEO readiness by improving discoverability across AI search environments large language models metadata schema and structured data
