- Proven organic search growth in a B2B or enterprise environment
- Hands-on experience with AEO GEO and LLM content surfacing and citation
- Strong technical SEO knowledge including crawl management site architecture and Core Web Vitals
- Experience with structured data schema markup and AI-driven search environments
- Proficiency with SEO tools such as Google Search Console SEMrush Ahrefs or Screaming Frog
- Experience working cross-functionally with content web and engineering teams
- Proficiency in Google Analytics Adobe Analytics or similar web analytics platforms
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Familiarity with HTML CSS and JavaScript as they relate to SEO

Day to day
- Own and advance enterprise organic search strategy across web properties to drive measurable growth in visibility and pipeline
- Develop keyword research competitive analysis and search landscape assessments to uncover opportunities and guide content strategy
- Lead technical SEO and AEO/GEO initiatives including crawlability indexation structured data Core Web Vitals and AI search discoverability
- Partner with content web product marketing and engineering teams to optimize content resolve issues and embed SEO requirements into CMS and tagging standards
- Monitor KPIs conduct audits and deliver actionable reporting insights while staying current on algorithm updates and emerging search best practices
