Requirements
- Good knowledge of technical SEO and understanding of what factors influence a website’s performance in search engine rankings
- Experience dealing with multiple stakeholders across simultaneous projects at Enterprise companies
- Experience leading Enterprise accounts
- Familiarity with web analytics tools such as Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics
- Ability to work with data to provide insights
- Strong understanding of HTML/CSS
- Good knowledge of regular expressions
- Comfortable with Python or pivot tables and VLOOKUP formulas in Excel or Google Sheets
- Project management experience and skills to set and achieve deadlines
- Strong communication skills to explain complicated concepts in an understandable way
- Ability to work in a team including delegating tasks and being delegated to
- Self-motivation and ownership to plan time and stay on top of priorities
- Attention to detail
Day to day
- Managing the Enterprise customer relationship including keeping them updated on test planning and support with the onboarding of new customers
- Coming up with SEO test hypotheses and working with customers to prioritise them
- Using the SearchPilot testing platform to Implement changes to customers’ websites and set up test
- Monitoring and analysing split test outcomes
- Communicating the results of tests via regular customer meetings and written reports
- Overseeing work completed for your accounts by other team members
- Sharing insights from split testing via public case studies and blog posts
- Learning and knowledge sharing within SearchPilot
