  • Accountability for customer experience scores and occupier relationships
  • Experience in Facilities Management with at least 3 years of experience
  • Possession of IOSH Managing Safety Certificate
  • Strong communication and analytical skills
  • Experience in managing 3rd parties and services
  • Minimum 3 years in a multi-site management role
