Requirements
- Accountability for customer experience scores and occupier relationships
- Experience in Facilities Management with at least 3 years of experience
- Possession of IOSH Managing Safety Certificate
- Strong communication and analytical skills
- Experience in managing 3rd parties and services
- Minimum 3 years in a multi-site management role

Day to day
- Coordinate contractual and commercial relationships with clients/agencies
- Manage the operational performance P&L of the portfolio
- Lead risk management activities across the contract
- Implement Asset Operation/Lifecycle Plans at the local level
- Ensure delivery of service excellence and account profitability
