Requirements
- 3+ years of direct ServiceNow Platform Administration experience
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator CSA is mandatory
- Strong grasp of dynamic scheduling map integrations and mobile playbooks
- Experience with Dispatcher Workspace Mobile Agent app work orders and territory planning
- Knowledge of parts management stockrooms and asset transfer rules
Day to day
- Maintain and configure the ServiceNow FSM application to keep daily operations running smoothly.
- Troubleshoot Dispatcher Workspace and mobile workflows to improve technician scheduling and task execution.
- Manage work orders inventory stockrooms asset transfers and core platform configurations including UI policies business rules client scripts ACLs and notifications.
