Requirements
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
- 3–5+ years of ServiceNow administration experience
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow configuration security user administration access controls integrations and platform management
- Experience troubleshooting complex issues and performing root cause analysis
- Ability to assess impacts across interconnected systems and implement sustainable solutions

Day to day
- Administer and optimize the ServiceNow platform to support secure and compliant operations in a FedRAMP environment.
- Configure workflows forms reports and service catalog items while maintaining stability performance and governance standards.
- Troubleshoot complex issues perform root cause analysis and deliver reliable improvements across integrated enterprise systems.
