- 3+ years implementing ServiceNow processes and solutions.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Experience with Agile, Scrum, and SDLC.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a cross-functional environment.
- Knowledgeable on ServiceNow implementation best practices.
- Certified ServiceNow Implementation Specialist (CIS) or Certified System Administrator (CSA).
Nice to have
- PMI PMP Certification
- Agile certification such as Certified Scrum Master

- Develop and deploy solutions using the ServiceNow platform.
- Lead, mentor, and document development efforts with quality.
- Meet client and partner needs within scope, schedule, and budget while managing expectations.
