Who you are

  • 5+ years complex project leadership managing IT system implementations.
  • 3+ years implementing ServiceNow processes and solutions.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience with Agile, Scrum, and SDLC.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a cross-functional environment.
  • Knowledgeable on ServiceNow implementation best practices.
  • Certified ServiceNow Implementation Specialist (CIS) or Certified System Administrator (CSA).

Desirables

  • PMI PMP Certification
  • Agile certification such as Certified Scrum Master
