Who you are
- 5+ years complex project leadership managing IT system implementations.
- 3+ years implementing ServiceNow processes and solutions.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Experience with Agile, Scrum, and SDLC.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a cross-functional environment.
- Knowledgeable on ServiceNow implementation best practices.
- Certified ServiceNow Implementation Specialist (CIS) or Certified System Administrator (CSA).
Desirables
- PMI PMP Certification
- Agile certification such as Certified Scrum Master
