Requirements
- 10+ years of Senior Project/Program Management experience within a consulting environment
- Demonstrated leadership in managing teams and projects
- Bachelor's Degree
- Ability to travel up to 30% subject to current travel policies
- Excellent communication skills with strong presentation facilitation
- 5+ years of Agile Scrum ServiceNow project management
- Extensive knowledge in project management methodologies and tools
- Subject matter expert in ServiceNow products with ITIL V3 or V4 Foundations Certification

Day to day
- Direct large complex ServiceNow projects with multiple stakeholders
- Ensure projects comply with company methodologies
- Update business stakeholders and publish project status reports
- Represent projects in governance forums and track milestones
- Lead client discussions on project plans budget scope schedule and staffing
- Manage day-to-day project activities and report on status and timelines
- Oversee project forecasts and financial reporting
- Collaborate with various disciplines for efficient project completion
- Evaluate and manage trade-offs between project parameters
- Build coach and lead project teams to successful outcomes
- Partner with business sponsors to define success metrics
