  • Strong AE partnership track record
  • Commercial discipline in services unit economics margin utilisation scoping risk and comp structure
  • Comfort with productized offerings and custom solutions
  • Executive presence with infrastructure and security leaders
  • Bias for action and ownership across Sales PS CS and Partner teams

Day to day

  • Lead the commercial sale of post-sales professional services across EMEA to accelerate customer adoption and drive ARR uplift
  • Partner with Account Executives Solutions Engineers PS Architects Delivery Governance Leads Customer Success and Partners to scope validate and position the right services engagement
  • Manage services pricing discounting pipeline forecasting and customer feedback with discipline while shaping the global Services Sales motion for Cohesity
