Requirements
- Hands-on experience designing and delivering tailored SharePoint solutions
- Proven experience customising SharePoint and developing M365 integrations
- Strong knowledge of SPFx customization including web parts application customisers list view command sets and form customisation
- Experience with Power Automate and Power Platform solutions
- Proficiency in TypeScript JavaScript React HTML CSS SCSS JSON and XML
- Knowledge of NodeJS NPM NVM Gulp and Webpack
- Experience with SharePoint REST API and basic Microsoft Graph knowledge
- Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 services including Teams SharePoint Entra Viva and Microsoft Forms
- Ability to lead client engagements and gather and analyse requirements
- Understanding of information architecture governance and solution design using the M365 stack
- Experience delivering end user and power user training
- Experience using migration tools such as ShareGate or Microsoft SharePoint Migration Tool

Day to day
- Design, develop, and implement Microsoft 365 and SharePoint solutions tailored to client needs
- Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications
- Maintain and support SharePoint environments while troubleshooting issues, optimising performance, and delivering migrations
- Document solution designs and provide technical guidance, training, and best-practice support to users and colleagues
