- Investigating new design trends and innovations to ensure designs are always at the cutting edge
- Presenting work to the team and clients for feedback
- Working closely with a team of designers and developers
- Scoping and estimating tasks
- Work collaboratively with other Crew members within the Agency to ensure delivering the best sites
- Providing the best possible solutions to Merchants
- Working in person or via online collaboration with clients and partners to support project discovery and delivery
- Experience working and communicating with ecommerce partners implementing their solutions and working with the integrations
- Keeping up to date with industry trends best practices and new tech
- Project Retrospectives
