Who you are

  • 3 years + of experience developing Shopify websites
  • Working hours must be GMT +/- 2 hours
  • Experience with setting up and launching CRO tests (bonus points for previous use of Intelligems platform)
  • Experience in setting up various content tests via different mechanisms; such as template theme onsite edits split URL tests and more
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proactive and self-motivated with a ‘can-do’ attitude
  • Ability to collaborate effectively but also be comfortable working independently on projects and proposing innovative improvement solutions
  • Thrive in a fast-paced team and be passionate about the end-user experience


What the job involves

  • Develop new pages and elements and customise/optimise our current store ensuring it is high-performing user-friendly and aligned with CRO best practices
  • Lead the implementation of CRO strategies by setting up shipping content pricing and offer A/B tests and deploying winning changes that drive higher conversion rates and improve the user journey
  • Regularly monitor store performance metrics such as site speeds suggest ways to improve and monitor the impact of implemented changes
  • Oversee and execute key development projects ensuring they are completed on time within scope
  • Work closely with our website strategists to align development efforts with broader business goals and make sure tasks are completed efficiently and effectively
  • Provide ongoing support for the Shopify store including addressing technical issues managing third-party integrations and ensuring a seamless shopping experience
  • Stay updated with the latest Shopify updates eCommerce trends and CRO techniques continuously applying new knowledge to enhance store performance
