Remote Site Reliability Engineer Job in UK Landmark Information Group

Who you are

• Extensive, proven experience in a technical support and design role
• Knowledge and experience providing 3rd level support in a similar field
• Ability to analyse problems and determine appropriate solutions
• In depth experience in technical support encompassing varying IaaS, PaaS and SaaS Solutions
• Proven experience with at least one CI tool set
• Experience in Web Application support, debugging and management
• Experience with Scripting eg, Powershell, Bach, Python etc
• Experience of running production workloads in Azure & at least one other cloud service provider
• Exposure to cloud hygiene tooling, such as Cloudsploit, security monkey, AT&T Cybersecurity etc
• Exposure to Cosmos DB

What the job involves

• The Site Reliability Engineer will play a pivotal role in defining measures of reliability for services to ensure they meet the performance and uptime requirements of their users and provide consultative support to help teams to achieve and maintain those objectives.
• You will also be pivotal in ongoing management & running of Azure cloud environments, ensuring that security standards, misconfiguration & end of life components are managed & our cloud footprint is in good health.
• Providing input on Technical Architecture and solutions to improve all elements of Landmark Infrastructure.
