Requirements
- You have experience launching large complex multifunctional projects
- Minimum 2 years of work on Solana contracts and/or 3-5 years of backend engineering experience
- You have familiarity developing and shipping production-grade Solana Contracts
- Familiarity with the Anchor framework but open to new frameworks if it helps with security or speed of development

Day to day
- Feature development - you will be develop test and ship new backend features that supports our protocol
- Infrastructure - you will define how we run tests and deploys backend services to our users and customers
- Interacting with users - you will be interacting with and support our growing community of retail investors and market-makers
