- Strong experience in FGPP production support and issue troubleshooting

- Experience investigating payment flows
- Hands-on FGPP configuration knowledge including profiles rules pre/post rules object rules and cache refresh
- Banking and payment domain knowledge

Day to day
- Provide senior production support for FGPP systems with a strong focus on issue troubleshooting and incident resolution.
- Perform trace analysis, database analysis, and payment flow investigation to identify root causes and support effective fixes.
- Handle FGPP configuration tasks including profiles, rules, pre/post rules, object rules, and cache refresh while working in a banking and payment environment.
- Manage customer-facing escalations professionally and support operations during Eastern Time US shift coverage from the UK or Europe.
