  • 5+ years of social media experience with clear growth results
  • Hands-on Reddit experience including credibility-building and moderation awareness
  • Hands-on YouTube experience with channel growth and retention knowledge
  • Recent individual contributor experience and comfort staying hands-on
  • Fluent with AI content production tools and judgment on automation
  • Excellent written English with a strong authentic voice
  • Comfortable working in ambiguity in a startup environment

Day to day

  • Own the social strategy end to end across LinkedIn X YouTube and Reddit
  • Write film post and engage directly as the primary maker during the early phase
  • Build channel-specific content engines that drive merchant education product storytelling and pipeline
  • Use AI tooling to produce high-volume high-quality content and report on performance to improve what works and cut what does not
