  • Fluent with AI tooling for content production
  • Excellent written English and a strong authentic voice
  • Comfortable working in ambiguity in a startup environment

Day to day

  • Own social media strategy and execution across LinkedIn X YouTube and Reddit
  • Build channel plans and content formats that drive merchant education product storytelling and pipeline
  • Write film post and engage directly while shaping reporting on reach engagement and downstream results
