Requirements
- 8+ years of related experience preferred
- 3+ years of technical lead experience
- Hands-on software development software and systems architecture or systems programming background
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Expertise in systems architecture specification design and large scale transactional integrated systems
- Prior experience in Agile XP or fast delivery teams
- Experience with cloud-native architecture and support across AWS Azure or GCP with serverless technologies
- Evangelist for test-first or test-driven development practices
- Experience with event driven technologies such as EventBridge Kinesis or SQS
- Proven highly available system design and implementation experience with 99.99 SLA
- Expert with Git and various Gitflows
- Comfortable working across frontend backend database and SDLC tooling
- Ability to balance innovation with avoiding technical debt
- Experience creating generative AI-powered applications while minimizing hallucinations and other issues
- Pragmatic use of generative AI tooling to enhance developer productivity while preserving developer understanding

Day to day
- Define, design, develop, validate, and deliver new technology-enabled capabilities as part of an innovation-focused team
- Provide architecture and technical guidance for distributed and complex software and hardware problems
- Research emerging technologies and build extensible maintainable systems prototypes and proofs of concept
