Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field
- 10 or more years of experience in software development and architecture
- Proficiency in programming languages (Typescript preferred)
- Strong understanding of software design patterns and principles
- Experience with microservices architecture and cloud platforms such as AWS Azure and/or GCP
- Strong knowledge of databases (SQL and NoSQL)
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD Pipelines (Terraform knowledge preferred)
- Strong leadership presence comfortable interacting with and presenting to all levels of management
- Excellent communication skills across a wide variety of audiences
- Ability to work well independently and with remote/hybrid teams

Day to day
- Develop and maintain the architecture for software systems ensuring scalability performance and security
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams promoting best practices and coding standards
- Work closely with the Product Team and other stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Assess and recommend tools frameworks and technologies to improve the software development process
- Create and maintain documentation including design patterns workflows and technical specifications
- Conduct code reviews to ensure quality and adherence to architectural standards
- Address technical challenges and provide innovative solutions to complex problems
- Stay updated with emerging software technologies and evaluate their potential benefits for the organization
